Grilled Peach Toast

July 20, 2012

I am a sucker and complete lover for avocado toast. In fact, I was craving the bad boy this morning! Unfortunately, produce doesn’t stay fresh for that long. Do you understand what that means? I didn’t have any avocado tost. Wah-wah. Fortunately, the peaches were fresh, and a new loaf of bread was calling my name.

Invention-from-inspiration time!

Inspiration- Stone fruit! Peaches, Plums, Cherries… they are everywhere right now! Also, Peach Melba. A dessert that I have been dying to make lately!

Invention- Multigrain buttered toast, topped with fresh grilled peaches, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of clover honey.

C’est tres tres bien!
