Lime Kale Chips

Kale Chips. Crunchy. Salty. Sweet. Spicy. Amaze.

Ingredient shot. A bunch of dino kale, 1 tbsp olive oil, coarse sea salt, granulated lime peel.

Wash the kale and tear into chip-size pieces. Put into a salad spinner and spin, spin, spinnnn!

Pour combined olive oil, salt, and lime peel onto kale. Incorporate until every chip is coated.

Spread onto cooking sheet. Sprinkle with ground black pepper, and juice half a lime over kale. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10-20 minutes or until crisp.
