Lemon Creme is basically Lemon Pudding. The best part? It is made with tofu. Tofu. Dairy-free which means no milk, no eggs, no stomach-ache. It is creamy and bursts with fresh flavor from lemon juice and zest.

It is topped with an oat-thyme crumble that includes chips of coconut toasted to perfection. The thyme flavor is the perfect accompaniment to the lemon flavoring.
