Gluten Free Almond Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Heading into fall, where the mornings are a bit more overcast then usual, it is normal to want cake for breakfast.

Familiar flavors of cinnamon, almond, and oats make this warm crumbly cake a sweet treat for morning time.

It is alos gluten free, using almond and oat flours. In fact, if you follow the exact recipe you can enjoy it vegan too!

recipe adapted from Love and Lemons

My Adaptions:

-regular unsalted butter
-instead of the flax seed powder I used an egg.
-in crumble I used 1/4 cup finely ground pecans
