Chocolate Chip Bottomed Vanilla Cupcakes

These cupcakes I made in the Spirit of Halloween. I wanted to make something fun and interesting. A treat that you would be excited and looking forward to eating. I think that this recipe suited my needs perfectly.

Fill the bottom of cupcake liners with chocolate chip cookie dough.

Scoop out cake batter onto the cookie dough layer.

I chose to double the cookie dough recipe so I could top the cupcakes with a cookie.

 

 

 

The final result – a fun Halloween treat that everybody will enjoy!
