Banana Carob Muffins

These muffins are one of my favorite things that I have ever made. (and I’ve made lots of baked goods…)

They are made out of carob powder. Which is similar to cocoa powder but lighter in color and healthier. The smell of carob powder is not the best, but it disappears in the batter and once baked.

These moist muffins cook up deliciously. I added some chocolate chips to my muffins. They were delicious! They also freeze up well for on-the-go breakfasts! Enjoy!
