Chai Spiced Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls are filled with spices that are reminiscent of chai, including lots of crystallized ginger! They are chewy and gooey. Once baked a crust forms on the bottom and they are simply divine! I served these for Thanksgiving morning and they were a hit! Perfect for a family get together or just simply brunch on the weekend! Enjoy!
