I enjoy cooking all things including cookies, scones, cupcakes, breads, pies, tarts, cakes, and almost anything that involves the creaming of butter and sugar!

Baking is such an art that involves practice, form, and technique like anything else. Practice is most important to me as I like to improve my skills and bake almost every other day.

I get inspiration from many blogs including my favorites: Joy the Baker, Shutterbean, Sweetapolita and Always with Butter. These ladies are amazing in both food and photography.

My baking is kept company by a KitchenAid mixer and an iPhone that posts food pictures almost 10 times a day to Instagram.

I am a lover of fresh peaches, avocado toast, and Whole Foods.

The only Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe made in my kitchen is made with bread flour. It is the way to go.

I would like to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY to study Baking and Pastry along with Business and Management.

I am inspired by Julia Child.

One day, I will chop hundreds of onions in France.

Mr Yee sent me to your blog this morning and me and my TA are drooling looking at your photos. Thank you for the inspiration. I think I need to bake something after school today.
