Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake
Cake adapted from Joy the Baker
Adaptions: Once the batter is made, add 1 bag of freeze dried raspberries that have been pulsed into a fine powder. Also, instead of using vegetable oil, I used coconut oil. I poured the batter into a bundt pan.
For the chocolate glaze:
Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and enough water to get a pourable consistency (3-5 tbsp). Pour on top of cooled cake.
